Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LumoVolt (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree to these terms, don't use the App.

These terms form a legal agreement between you and LumoVolt. We've written them to be straightforward. Please read them.

Who Can Use LumoVolt

You must be at least 13 years old to use LumoVolt. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you're using LumoVolt on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Your Account

To use LumoVolt, you'll create an account with an email address and password. You are responsible for:

• —Keeping your password secure and confidential.
• —All activity that happens under your account.
• —Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• —Use LumoVolt to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including saving or reproducing content you don't have rights to.
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• —Use the App to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• —Use automated tools to access the App in a way that places excessive load on our systems.
• —Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the App.

Content and Copyright

LumoVolt is a tool for personal note-taking and content organization. When you save a video link, we process it to generate a transcript and summary for your personal use.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and process any content you add to LumoVolt. We don't claim ownership of the third-party content you save, and we don't grant you additional rights to that content beyond what the original platform's terms allow.

Your account data — your collections, notes, and organizational structure — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of anything you create in LumoVolt.

Subscriptions and Payments

LumoVolt offers both a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms in addition to ours.

• —Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• —Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• —Refunds are handled through Apple in accordance with their policies.
• —Prices may change. We will notify you in advance of any price changes for existing subscriptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LumoVolt is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that transcripts and takeaways will be accurate. Transcription quality depends on audio clarity, language, and the third-party services we use.

We are not responsible for the content of videos you save, or for any third-party platform's decisions to restrict access to content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumoVolt and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of LumoVolt will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded LumoVolt from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• —These terms are between you and LumoVolt, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle any claims related to the App.
• —Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• —You may use LumoVolt only on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
• —Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know through the App or via email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LumoVolt operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
